Ocean Winds

Here’s a little explainer on what’s going on today, and why it’s so chilly!

Temperatures in west central PA made it into the mid to upper 40s today, while western PA got close to 70! East winds coming in off the Atlantic Ocean brought a maritime layer into the state that got stuck in the mountains and points east all day. Winds will switch around tomorrow and bring some clearing to the area.
